Hard work. Needed to cancel order, then cancel the next one due to issues authorising my debit card. Repeatedly instructed the Bot, but although it raised "tickets", action required multiple emails over several days. I "get" the cancellation process is too complicated for a stoner to understand, so why was it this complex order cancellation process implemented in the first place?
