Experience was subpar to put it nicely. Order took way longer to ship out than I ever expected, especially when the company is touting delivery from within the U.S. everywhere on the site.
When I reached out multiple times to customer service, they simply didn't acknowledge my request for over a week until the order shipped out - after which they said something to the effect of "it's on its way".
To be honest the whole experience made me feel unimportant. I'll be using a different seed bank in the future, no doubt.
