When I requested clarification from Seedsman support, I felt like I was trying to have a conversation with an alien life form. Many tickets were written and "cleared" over several days without my issue/question being addressed. Finally, you offered to send me some free seeds which, while not directly answering my question, allowed me to workaround the issue and complete my purchase. A telephone call to a human being could have successfully cleared the confusion in a matter of seconds, but I saw no telephone no. offered. Though this most recent customer service experience was exasperating, your instinct to make a peace offering with free seeds paid off for me, and you.
