My first purchase was delivered a week late. I bought the cannakan. The heat pad on the cannakan does not work right it is roughly 20 degrees off. I emailed about it and never received a response back. My second purchase again was over a week late, I emailed and after the the second email I finally got a response making me sound like a anxious kid, which I didn't appreciate. I understand things happen, I understand you guys feel that since you mailed the order you did your job. But if your having a problem with a delivery service you should probably look for a more reliable delivery. If you advertise 3-5 day shipping then that's what it should be especially when your charging shipping. Based on reviews this is a common problem I wish I would of known prior. And customer service well that is just as important. A proper response to my emails probably would of change my outlook. I got quicker response from you guys on social media , just telling me that you only care when people are watching and could further effect your business. That's sad and bad business. There are a lot of reliable seed banks in the world. I bought a lot from a couple other banks and well my orders came early. Unfortunately you lost a customer. And future recommendations. Good luck and hope y'all make some adjustments.
