I ordered a hoverkart package and chose to have next day delivery. Then got an email saying item not in stock and not due until 4th Dec. I was offered a full refund or to keep the order with a guarantee delivery for xmas. Although I am disappointed, there has been constant communication and I feel satisfied my order will be here for my son's Xmas! Can't review product but service has been alright.
