Good morning . I was very happy with the service I received ,and the oven was like new after your guys had finished . However , I must report ,that I was very concerned that your main man came into my home and started spraying a chemical into the oven . He did not wear a mask when doing this and did not warn me of the fumes , I took a mouthful and it nearly wiped me out , I was coughing and spluttering for about 5 mins afterwards , I had to open a window and move into another room . Your Man and his apprentice did not wear masks until I pointed out that those fumes were lethal and surely could not be good for their lungs , he proceeded to put on a mask , if he is doing this with maybe 7-10 ovens per day ,and not wearing the proper mask , then i would hate to think of the affect that those fumes are having on his lungs and the lungs of people whose homes they visit ,,they should have warned me about those fumes and asked to open the window to allow the room to ventilate , I cant fault their work ,but I am generally concerned for their health and wellbeing after what I experienced with the fumes .
