The oven was not cleaned properly and the many places that were left an oven repair man and I did ourselves a couple of days later. Although the company did offer to send the same man out again, why would I want someone who didn't do a good job the first time back again? They were unable to send anyone else as it seems there is only 1 man for the whole of Hertfordshire. Also Select did not apply the £10 first time discount properly (only gave me £5) until I queried this and was told it was a clerical error. The pricing of the job seemed made up as I don't have a single invoice with the actual amount I paid (£105). I have 3 separate 'invoices' and non of these reflect the actual cost to me. I think I have been short changed and it was a bad clean. Will not be using again.
