I used this company for a few years. I decided to leave when they increased their prices. I asked for a final clean but my request was ignored. They finally got in touch when they realised I had cancelled my direct debit. By this time I had already made other arrangements to get my oven cleaned. They refused to refund my overpayments and have threatened me with legal action because I am leaving reviews expressing my dissatisfaction. A refund of my money would be a much cheaper and kinder resolution.
