We have used this company for several years and have always been happy with the workmanship. The person cleaning the oven was polite, professional and friendly. However the appointment system seems to be a bit haphazard, we often get telephone calls the day before the appointment to postpone it, this happened before the COVID situation so can not be blamed on that.
