Only did half a job. Did not clean the roof of both ovens. Was later told it was because there were elements. Not told this when booking. Still charged full price Left lots of runs on glass and round hinges. Even though I was given a partial refund which was not really acceptable. I have still got to get my oven cleaned by a professional. Lee only took 45 mins to clean 2 ovens. Was told they are using contractors.
