My range was in good condition for its age according to the the individual sent to do a clean of cooker, stainless steel splash back and filter hood. He also cleaned my microwave which didn’t look any different to it’s original condition. I now have massive abrasive cleaning of my hob down to the metal which I never had before. The stainless steel back splash was left with smears all over it together with a stain on the top of the hood which was not there before although the individual said he couldn’t get rid of it. It was not there before the clean. I have had to purchase black enamel paint to cover the damage to my hob. My regret is using this company stupidly giving the individual a £5 tip for his work without doing a mega check on his work.I need feedback
