I was very happy with the finished job and the oven looked brand new afterwards. My only complaint is that I expected the top oven (grill) to be done as well. It wasn’t made clear in the initial consultation that I had to specify ‘double oven’ for the top part of the oven to be additionally cleaned. I was told the options were oven, stove top and fans. I went for the full package not thinking to check whether the grill was included in the oven as a whole. So overall, could have been better!
