The telephone service is wholly faultless and commendable. The young men who came today turned up perfectly within the half hour slot for expected arrival. They were professional, friendly, informative and polite throughout. My range cooker is over 10 years old. It was pretty dirty and greasy with burnt caked on spills in the oven when they arrived. It would not look out of place in a showroom now and could be mistaken for new. The whole job was completed in the estimated time with absolutely no mess left behind. Delighted with this job.
