Future customers need to be clearly informed on how to use the 50%voucher system correctly. As a result of poor communication I only purchased one song. I bought one because I was unsure about how it would work as I am unsure about purchasing on line, you need to consider older customers lack of confidence with I.T. and try to encourage the website by making it a positive experience, we're not all computer savvy.
