I have used you before and most tracks were excellent.
However, the recent tracks excluding Zoom and Sunfly were poor quality as the words were distorted and illegible. Also, you never charged extra before to personalise the CD which was a nice personable touch.
I didn't want Bllly Exstine's voice on the track MY Foolish Heart, I wanted to sing it myself as Karaoke so was disappointed with that as well.
Hope you learn something from this feedback.
