I find the downloading very easy, some of the functions to find the music or artist could be improved. When reviewing the short clip, I don't like having to listen to the breaks when I want to view the lyrics. The pricing is a little high would be nice if there was an offer of free songs after some many ordered. I also find some of the music I am looking for on other sites which is sometimes annoying having to go to different sites for the music I am looking for.
