After receiving my CDG disc I found our "X Factor" CDG machine would not play it. I spoke to you about it over the phone and you very, very kindly sent me a DVD version of the same order, completely free of charge. This works perfectly with our DVD player and we can still use our microphones through the X Factor machine.
So, we are very pleased with your service - so much so, in fact, that I'm going to order another disc straight away!
