After my prior order did not arrive and seemly was lost in the hands of Canada Lost, the order was immediately replaced and your employee Adam was prompt in addressing this. Since a prior package had been dropped in the rain without protection, I was pleased the latest order was covered with plastic wrap. Overall very pleased.
