If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it. I ordered a Xmas hamper on Dec. 2 For almost $400. It is the 24th Dec and it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I call they say it is ready for dispatch and it never gets delivered. I expect they will never will and won’t return my money either. Shameful stupid inefficient and infuriating.
