Orderered an expensive dress for a wedding which arrived damaged,after sending pictures and variouse e-mails to a very poor customer service team I was firstly told they couldn't help me with a replacement and that it would have to be inspected to confirm the refund for intentional damage!!! Or they could offer a £20 discount which isn't even 10%. Very unhappy,will not use again.
