Ok, when I said these are the limited edition shoes by Kanye West and that's why I'm calling them and not the sales floor got and answer :"Oh yea, forget it we don't have those" Forget it, really? When you potentially wan't to spend £1K for a pair of sneakers in your store. Harrods PS service is way much better and polite.
