I was in the Trafford centre in Manchester last Friday and a lady stopped me to sample some prada perfume ,the perfume was very nice but the lady was even nicer, her name was Zahida although she was agency staff she assisted me to the full in my new purchase and nothing was too much trouble for her she is the perfect sales assistant.
I just want to say that when you get good staff as what I had you need to hold on to them. Sylvia
