Ordered and paid for item from selfridges click and collect for collection following day and have now been chasing customer services online for 2 days to try and get confirmed collection information without success. The only update they have been able to provide is the order is in transit. Extremely poor service and very little accountability from customer services I strongly advise that this supplier should be avoided.
