I ordered £75 Vivienne Westwood earings, came in 2 small plastic bags, no box or label showing they were genuine. They looked like poor internet copies. When I complained I was sent a box, no notification or apology which required a special visit to post office to collect. After further complaint was ordered free delivery which I rejected as
I will never shop with Selfridges again given their poor customer service. I hope this doesn't reflect negatively on the Vivienne Westwood products which I love!
