Missing item no refund
I ordered staub pot along with two items from selfridges and they didnt deliver the pot to me. The delivery logistic document indicate that they send is very light and could not contain the pot . I report the issue and their custome service spend 1 month on investigation and concluded that they cannot proceed refund . They tell me to approach police and report the pot stolen . Their customer service is soooo ridiculous and horrible I advice you all to avoid buying anything from selfridges.
