Purchased a handbag and belt as a present, and trainers for myself recently - the service was good, especially purchasing the trainers, as I was given excellent advice on sizing. My only issue with the service is the same as at many "higher end" stores as the staff seem to have an aura of being above the customer, and many do not know their products (the lady in the Moschino section, who said this was her regular department had no clue that they sold belts, my daughter had to point them out to her!)
