bsolutely ridiculous service! I wrote a complaint about my Valentino shoes (broken heal) and their rude and unhelpful staff on 31st of May! It’s 14th of July and I still haven’t got any proper response. I have been completely ignored! They keep feeding me with promises for 1.5 month!!!
Seems like they do not care about their customers at all! I would avoid shopping there and definitely will take legal actions as I am protected as a consumer by Consumer Right Act 2015. Would not leave it as it is.
