I am writing to warn anyone who wishes to use Selfridges website. I ordered a Christmas present and paid the money for it. Six days later, I receive a text saying that there had been a technical When I phoned, there had not been any technical error. The Company then said it was out of stock, even though it had been when I ordered the product.
Selfridges cancelled the order.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EITHER COMPLETELY IMCOMPETENT TAKING MONEY WITHOUT ANY INTENTION OF PROVIDING THE PRODUCT.
