I ordered a Tom Ford £380 wallet for my husband’s Christmas present and received an empty TF box with just a price tag in it. After exchanging emails with customer services I was told they believe I received the wallet and were not going to refund the money!
Be wary of making expensive online purchases from Selfridges. Their packaging people steal the goods you have already paid for and get away with it.
