Worst customer service ever.
I shopped 4 pieces of cloth on 9 Dec, however, it’s been more than a month, I haven’t received this delivery and no tracking information at all. I contacted customer service for 5 times, only got auto-reply and twice with someone telling me that they’re gonna look into it, but never got any follow up. My Christmas gifts are now just nowhere to be found and I can’t even get a refund.
