Thank you Sell Simple fantastic job selling my bungalow, it was a breathe of fresh air hearing an agent that was finally honest with me regarding my valuation and time frame it should sell in. 5 weeks to under offer and 6 weeks to completion doesn’t sound fast but with the complexity of my sale being a very niche buyers market for small 2 bed bungalows it actually is pretty damn good. I shall be telling any of my family and friends if they ever need to sell a property to come to you first as it would probably save them Months of let down from Highstreet agents!
