BEWARE of this company. The "person" responsible for my account called my client instead of calling my marketing agency. The justification she gave was that I didn't respond to her emails to offer a review for my account. After generating a problem between my company and my client, she just said that it is my option to cancel the service, as she doesn't see any problem with what she did.
If you have any marketing/seo agencies, beware of semalt as they may call your clients and try to take your client.
