Hi Daniel, the quality product was top notch as expected. My humble advise if you want to reach out to more customers beyond DACH or deepen the penetration rate within DACH, would be to send these emails in English. Additionally, in the website, a style forum, flat vs rounded, diameters etc., would be a nice add on. See „the Gentlemen‘s Gazette“, that is your niche of the market.
