Senkels seems very helpful and caring with small little details like the post card with the illustration on it that came with the product. The delivery took a while but that was not a problem at all. They also sent me an e-mail that they're having a lot of orders right now so it takes a little longer which is very kind.
The product itself didn't meet my expectations though because it was kind of a shimmery material and not the color I had expected from the photo...
