Hi, the laces themselves deserve 5 stars at least but I've given 3 because of the after sales. I ordered two pairs and emailed you to change the first pair to a different colour and was told that's ok then only one turned up. I emailed you about 4 times to try and get this resolved but had no reply from yourselves so I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back for the first pair I ordered which still haven't turned up by the way. I want to order at least another two pairs but I'm worried the same will happen again.
