I bought three pairs of laces and they failed to arrive. Huge shame as it seems to have been a shipping issue, though there has been minimal communication from the company to help resolve this. I would strongly recommend that this company reviews how they ship items internationally. I would rather spend more money on shipping to ensure that the items arrive safely, or at the very least can be tracked properly when in transit.
