Odered service manual for Yamaha Rmax 1000 SXS. I tried several times to download the manual to my computer, but was unable to do so. I contacted S.M.W. customer service on a Saturday via I.M. for help. They sent a new link for the downloads which I was able to add to my computer. Of course I was informed that the original links were not the problem. I guess that means I was the problem.
