Trying to get a trailer inspection done so it can get a vin number. Can't seem to schedule online like they tell you to do. When you call the location no one answers. Told to leave a message and then it ends the call. Wasted an entire day after given the wrong information from the customer service number. Totally dysfunctional state government department.
