Booked with this company 2 months ago.
Phoned garage day before to check time of pick up.They knew nothing about me.
Phoned company and they said this would be sorted.This was at 10am,by 4 still no joy.
So I asked for a full refund and they said I could re book or have £25 cancellation fee.
What you had the booking for 2 months and failed,needed MOT now as I going away.
After much hazel they agreed to fully refund,not got it yet?
Do not touch this company even the garage said it was a nightmare to work with .
My own garage sorted me out for less as well with full service.
