Angela, my solicitor, was great from the very first phone call. I was initially nervous about ringing a solicitors but she listened to me, explained how we would go forward and made me feel at ease before i committed to going forward. After a few phone calls she travelled up to see me for a few hours to record the finer details. She predicted my case could go on for 18 months maybe a few years but managed to wrap it up almost within a year! To be honest i don't know what makes a "really good" solicitor so i don't want to give them 5 stars. that doesn't mean they gave a bad service. I would definitely recommend them again (i just think people give 5 stars too easily and there is always room for improvement as nothing is 100% perfect!)
