One of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock but they emailed to tell me and asked if it was ok to deliver a few days later once it had come back into stock. I accepted and the goods arrived as promised. However I’m sure if I hadn’t agreed they’d have offered an alternative that could have been delivered sooner. Excellent.
