DON'T touch this company at all. Debited £99.99 despite me cancelling my membership within the stated 14 days. Was promised a refund and have still had nothing despite numerous emails to them Finally now with the Ombudsman to sort.....not to mention that if you call and put your point forcefully (without swearing or being offensive I might add) they give you a warning.....I interrupted twice and was given two warnings before the call was terminated!!!!! Apparently they have a backlog from May to deal with.......DO NOT USE!!!!
