After not even finishing the call from this company they thought it would be acceptable to still take a fee of £99.99 from my bank, and then when I called the customer service I was rudely spoken to and hung up on!! This company is an outrage and frankly I am disgusted that they would treat a young girl in such a way, I just wanted my money back:(
