i originally gave a 5 start rating for the excellent customer service provided to me in the begining. but unfortunately as soon as i was haned over to a loan company (WDA) they were short rude and seemed like i was an inconvieniance to them, i was told to wait for an email to apply for my loan.... and it never came. why did i just sit through a 45 minute phonecall to be fobbed off and not even be sent the relavant paperwork? its rude un professional and quite frankly un becoming of a company in a position of trust t allow its customers to be treated like this. i think that maybe you should take more of a look in to companies that you broker for before agreeing to do it. thank you for wasting my time was an excelent conversation though
