This company is a bunch of frodstets, they took money out my bank without my say so! I had never even herd of this company till I had £100 pounds go missing so when I looked in to them and found out who they were I read but on there tears and conditions and put a letter in weighting like they asked canciling there so called agreement they thort I had with them I then explained in the letter I was upset and angry that they took the money with out my permission and I never even herd of them or Spock to them before! This was my 2 year olds birthday money they took! I sent this letter over 6 weeks ago and have naw email them countless times trying to get them to send my money back and all I get is rude emails saying if I want my money back I have to go to the police this is not fair on me or my son! And has upset me so much . I dnt no how they can sleep at night
