They were ok at first. I even recommended them to newbies. but last week my account didn't work. I tried contacting them. But they wouldn't communicate with me? Then Yesterday and today I got this. "Hi Timothy, We are unfortunately required to maintain your account frozen at the moment, which means we cannot allow use of any of the functions, including the option to cash out the funds that have been sent to the account. Please note, however, that this situation should be temporary and that you may be able to recover your account and your funds if the guidance under which our risk and assessment team is operating changes in the future. Thank you for using Shakepay and we apologize for the inconvenience." No explanation .No reason. They stole my 600 dollars!? My advice is if you were thinking of investing in shakepay, it would be easier just to flush your money down the toilet!
