I’m usually not one to air my dirty linen in the public and my issues with this platform goes as far back as early 2022, when I set up an account with them, went through the usual verification process, deposited more than $5000 at my first attempt at buying crypto only for them to make the process of buying and sending out hard, second attempt a little over $10k and they refused to send my fiat claiming they had issues verifying my identity but of course they didn’t have issues accepting my payment. and the only reason I refrained from coming on here to discuss it is because No.1. The shame of being judged for not being smart and extra careful in my dealings with them and 2. I came by a white/grey hat company called Enverracapital.io through a friend in cybersecurity who assured me that they could through their knowledge in and access to proprietary technology help me recover my money, which I fully received last month, and I thought I’d wait to see if these guys could actually come through which they did!! Please be careful with using the platform!
