I sent money the Philippines for my Mother in Laws birthday. My son wasn't able to pick up the money. I called Sharemoney and was told that they need my identification card and a personal photo. I requested that they send me an e-mail with all their requirements. The person asked me to send information to their customer service. Again, I requested that they send me an e-mail with their requirements. I didn't receive it. I sent an e-mail to their customer service and parent company. still no reply. I'm not sure if I should give them information not listed on their website when I signed up. They have a responsibility to let the customer know all requirements prior to sending money and signing up for their services. I hope I can get my money returned. I've notified my bank of this. I've never had this experience with any other financial institution.
