Do not use this company! This company is an absolute sham. I ordered a bunch of items and collected in person only to get home and realise they'd not given me one of the items I'd paid for. They had instead given me an incorrect item which was of no use to me at all. I emailed the same day to notify the of their mistake, but instead of doing what any decent company would do in this situation - i.e admit it was their fault and rectify it - they said that they could not rectify the situation as I'd taken the film off the incorrect item they gave me. There are two issues here. Firstly, I've paid for an item I've not received, which is against UK consumer regulations. Secondly, I couldn't possible tell what colour the incorrect item was without removing the opaque film!

On top of this, I now won't be able to complete a photoshoot I'm meant to be doing this week as I don't have the item I paid for that I'd planned to use. 

I will never deal with this company again and would recommend you do the same. Their idea of customer service is to blame the paying customer.
