This is the best litle bookshop I have come across in a long while. I have yet to visit in person, but a trip to Frome is definitely on my list. I ordered a book earlier this year to send directly to a friend and asked if a short message could accompany the book. Unfortunately the books are packaged by a third party and this was not possible, so instead they sent, separately, a lovely card which arrived on the same day as the book. My friend was delighted. What great customer service, thank you!
